PRC laws and regulations, including but not limited to The Contract
Law of the People's Republic of China, The Copyright Law of the
People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, The
Decision on Maintenance of Internet Security of the Standing Committee
of the National People's Congress (the "NPC Decision"),
The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Maintenance of
State Secrets, The Telecommunications Regulations of the People's
Republic of China (the "Telecommunications Regulations"),
The Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Security Protection
of Computer Information Systems, The Provisional Rules of the People's
Republic of China on Administration of International Linkups of
Computer Information Networks and its implementing procedures, The
Rules on Administration of the Confidentiality of International
Linkups of Computer Information Systems, The Procedures on Administration
of Internet Information Services, The Procedures on Administration
of Security Protection of International Linkups of Computer Information
Networks, and The Rules on the Administration of Internet Electronic
Messaging Services (the "EMS Rules"), and shall be fully
liable for any acts arising from the use of our Site or any of our
services in any manner and any consequences in connection therewith.
In the event of any potential offenses committed because of any
breach of the NPC Decision, you may be subject to criminal liability.
The EMS Rules also expressly provide that online users shall take
responsibility for any information to be released through electronic
messaging systems. In addition, the Telecommunications Regulations
state that telecom users shall be liable for the content of any
information that is transmitted through telecommunications networks
and any consequences in connection therewith. If, in any event,
there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of your acts, including,
without limitation, any of your opinions and other acts, is in violation
of or is likely to violate any provisions of the above laws and
regulations and any other relevant laws and regulations, we may
at any time terminate your access to our Site and any services being
provided to you, without prior notice.

Whenever you provide us information on our Site, you agree to: (a)
provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and (b)
maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate,
current, and complete. If you provide any information that is, or

inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we or our third-party suppliers
may suspend or terminate your access to our Site and refuse any
and all current or future use of our Site (or any portion thereof).

or feudal superstitions;
- disseminates rumors, disturbs social order or disrupts social
stability;
- propagates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder
or fear or incites the commission of crimes;
- insults or slanders a third party or infringes upon the lawful
rights and interests of a third party; or
- includes other content prohibited by laws or administrative
regulations.
(b) cause harm to the interests of minors in any manner;
(c) pretend to be any persons or authorities, including, without
limitation, our management, leaders of our forums or hosts, or falsely
represent or claim that he/she has a relationship with any persons
or authorities;
(d) fabricate headlines or otherwise manipulate identification materials
to falsify the source of any information being transmitted through
our Site or our products and services;
(e) upload, post, send by email or otherwise transmit any information
which comes to the knowledge of users through any contracts or legal
relationships (for example, any internal, proprietary or confidential
information known or disclosed as a result of an employment relationship

(f) upload, post, send by email or otherwise transmit any information
which infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, commercial
secrets, or other proprietary rights of others;

mail," "chain mail," "direct selling materials"
or other solicitation materials in any other form, except for the
above information which is to be placed on the areas of our Site
which are exclusively for this purpose, such as shopping rooms,
and in accordance with applicable guidelines or rules;
(h) upload, post, send by email or otherwise transmit any computer
viruses which are designed for disturbing, destroying or restricting
any computer software, hardware or the features of communication
equipment (including, but not limited to, Trojan horses, worms,

(i) do an act which prevents normal conversation among users, prohibits

You realize that we have not conducted any examination or inspection

we have comprehensive control over our users in respect of their

of the aforesaid, you agree to act based on your personal judgment
