Our Operations

Hurray! became an independent company in September 1999 when we were spun-off from UT Starcom, a Nasdaq-listed company that manufactures telecommunications equipment in China. In June 2001, our current management team conducted a management buy-in by purchasing a substantial equity interest in the company.

Headquartered in Beijing, Hurray! is led by a seasoned Management Team and Board of Directors with strong experience working in multinational companies in the telecommunications sector including Nortel, Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

Hurray! has provincial offices across China and over 400 staff including a product development team and a nationwide sales and marketing team which works with provincial level teams of the mobile operators. Please see the map below which illustrates Hurray!'s presence across China.
