Jianwu Liang—Chief Technology Officer

Jianwu Liang has served as the chief technology officer for Hurray! since October 2009. Previously, Jianwu Liang served as the chief technology officer for Shanda Online from April 2008 to October 2009, and previously worked as director of Shanda’s Billing Platform Center and vice president of Operation Division. Mr. Liang joined Shanda in February 2002 and developed the Billing Platform Center in 2005. Before joining Shanda, Mr. Liang worked for a Shanghai software R&D company from 2000 to 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Li Yao—Acting CFO

Mr. Li Yao has served as Shanda's associate president and financial director since November 2007. Mr. Yao also serves as a member of the board of directors and Chief Financial Officer of Actoz Soft Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yao was devoted in public accounting sector, including over 11- year experience with KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants and has extensive finance and M&A expertise in a wide range of industries. Mr. Yao graduated from the College of International Business and Management, Shanghai University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In addition, he is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the People's Republic of China.

Yanmei Zhang—Executive Senior Vice President

Yanmei Zhang has served as Hurray!’s executive senior vice president since October 2009. Previously, she served as Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited’s senior vice president from 2005 to 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, she held roles as vice president with Sony (China), HR director with Sony (China), and International HR specialist with Sony (USA) from 1991 to 2004. Additionally, she was a committee member of Beijing Foreign Enterprise HR Association and a senior advisor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Ms. Zhang holds an MBA from South Carolina State University.

Haoyu Yang— Executive Senior Vice President

Dr. Yang has served as our Executive Senior Vice President since October 2009. Dr. Yang also served as our Senior Executive Vice President since April 2009 and Senior Vice President from 2001 to 2008. He worked as a chief software architect at Infospace, an Internet search and directory and mobile value-added services provider, from 2000 to 2001 and as a development manager at Prio, an e-commerce service provider, from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Dr. Yang worked as a software engineer at Insight Development Corporation, a software development firm. Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Beijing University.

Feng Wu— Senior Vice President, President of Hurray! Digital Media

Mr. Wu has served as our Senior Vice President since October 2008. Mr Wu also served as our Vice President since December 2004 and President of Hurray! Digital Media since November 2005. Prior to joining Hurray!, Mr. Wu held roles as associate director and director of Sina’s marketing department in Beijing from 2002 to 2004, and he worked with Taiwan Eastern Multimedia Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Guan Lan Co., Ltd. from 1999 to 2002. Mr Wu holds a Master degree in Global Marketing Communication & Advertising from Emerson College and an EMBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Yuanjun Sun — Senior Vice President

Yuanjun Sun has served as our Senior Vice President since May 2009.

Mr. Sun also served as our Vice President of Business Development Department since December 2008, where he oversees the development, promotion and operations of Hurray!’s mobile games and WAP services. Mr. Sun also served as our Vice President of WVAS Department since August 2008, mainly responsible for the business development of Hurray!’s WVAS business.
