Hurray! and China Unicom
Jointly Launch UniSound Hawa Mobile Phone Radio Service

Beijing, May 20th, 2004 - Hurray! and China Unicom undertook a range of promotional activities in April-May 2004 to promote the Hawa Mobile Phone Radio Service to UniSound subscribers of G and C networks. The extensive marketing program included the establishment of a UniSound column link, banner, floating and other special columns on the Hawa website to release relevant information.

Hawa is Hurray!'s consumer brand in China. This innovative branding strategy is part of Hurray!'s efforts to increase user awareness of its services and to create enhanced customer loyalty as mobile users in China come to associate the Hawa name and logo with a broad range of high quality services. Hawa.cn is a community entertainment portal through which users can obtain product and service information.

Advertising and public relations activities included media placements, in-store displays at mobile operators' retail stores, fliers, as well as advertisements on bus shelters and buses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Hurray! also conducted a range of promotional activities on major university campuses including Sun Yat-Sen University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Najing University, Sichuan University and Zhejing University.
