Hurray! to release a Mobile Game
Named “The Banquet”
BEIJING, October 3, 2006/Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Hurray! Holding
Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: HRAY - News), a leader in wireless music distribution
and other wireless value-added services, artist development and
music production, and wireless value-added services management software
in China, today announced the release of a new mobile game which
features Huayi Brothers’s latest blockbuster movie “The Banquet”.
“The Banquet” is an Action Role Playing Game (ARPG). It is a tale
of love and hate, fate and revenge, in the 10th century in China,
when a prince Wu Luan searches for the truth while escaping from
his assassins.
Commenting on this event, Chief Executive Officer of Magma, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Hurray!, Jiang Wang said, “Games are the next
high growth mobile content category after music.” Mr.Wang continued,
“We believe that mobile users will enjoy a new gaming experience
incorporating the popular movie theme into a mobile game environment.”
