Hurray! provides a range of wireless value-added (content) services such as ringtones, picture downloads, community and entertainment services to mobile phone users through the advanced second generation, or 2.5G, mobile networks in China.

In addition, we design, develop, sell and support service provisioning and management software, called VASPro, and are the sole provider of this type of software to China Unicom for its nation-wide WAP portal.

By leveraging our proprietary 2.5G carrier-class wireless services provisioning and management software, and our expertise in building 2.5G wireless data infrastructure, we have grown into one of the leading providers of 2.5G WAP services in China.

Hurray!'s website for Hawa club members (www.hawa.cn) is a community entertainment portal for young users and it is driving the concept of becoming a true "player." Based on FLASH virtual avatar (AVARTA) and a video chat system, Hurray! integrates and develops products with rich and complete website functions, including Hawa Show, ICU, games, constellation, friend-finding, forum,and greeting cards, among other services.
